No fees on free tickets
Free tickets are free for you and your guests. Fees only ever apply when you sell paid tickets.
Real QR tickets
Every RSVP gets a QR ticket by email, so you know exactly who’s coming and can cap capacity.
Guest lists
Add VIPs and friends to the guest list and check them in by name at the door.
Fast check-in
Scan tickets with the Deevan iPhone app or any phone browser, with a live count of who’s arrived.
Message your attendees
Send updates about timing, location or dress code to everyone who RSVP’d.
Upgrade any time
Add a paid VIP tier or table packages later — the same event page handles both.
Questions
Is it really free?+
Yes. Creating events and issuing free tickets costs nothing. If you later add paid tickets, Deevan charges a 8% platform fee plus Stripe’s processing fee on those paid tickets only.
Can I limit how many people RSVP?+
Yes — set a capacity on each ticket type and it sells out automatically when the limit is reached.
Do guests need an account?+
No — guests can check out with just their email address, and the QR ticket is delivered by email.
