Does it work on Android?+
Yes. The Deevan iPhone app is on the App Store, and the browser scanner at deevan.events/scan works on any modern phone, Android included.
Can I use it for events not ticketed on Deevan?+
The scanner checks tickets issued by Deevan, so your event’s tickets need to be sold or issued on Deevan.
What if the venue has bad signal?+
Scanning needs a connection to verify tickets in real time. Venue Wi-Fi or a phone hotspot works well for busy doors.
How much does it cost?+
Creating an event is free and free events stay free. For paid tickets, Deevan charges a 8% platform fee plus Stripe’s card processing fee — and you choose whether the buyer pays the fees or you absorb them. There are no monthly fees.
